Every piece Menlab sells passes through the studio in Mohammadpur before it is listed. Fabric weight, stitching and colourfastness are checked on the actual stock, and anything that fails is not sold. That is the rule the brand was founded on, and it is why the collection is short: a curated set of oversized tees, drop-shoulder fits, polos, shirts, jeans and trousers rather than an endless catalogue.
This matters more in Bangladesh than almost anywhere, because the climate is unforgiving. A t-shirt that pills after three washes or a collar that loses its shape in humidity is money wasted. What you see is what ships
Every product photo on menlabclothing.com is taken in-house, from our own inventory, in natural light. There are no supplier renders and no borrowed catalogue images. If a colour is listed, the piece in that colour was in the studio when the photo was taken.
Slight colour variation between screens is normal for any online shop, but what arrives is very close to what you saw. The support team hears this back from customers more than anything else.
Pay on delivery, everywhere in Bangladesh
You pay for the product when it is in your hands. At checkout you pay the delivery charge to our bKash merchant number, or the full amount if you would rather pay nothing on arrival, and the exact figure is shown the moment you pick your division. We never collect card numbers or mobile-banking credentials on the site.
Standard delivery is free on orders over ৳3,000. Inside Dhaka City the charge is ৳60, in the Dhaka sub-urban belt (Savar, Keraniganj, Dohar, Nawabganj, Dhamrai) it is ৳100, and everywhere else in Bangladesh it is ৳130. Orders with three or more pieces carry ৳10 more for the added weight. The full table is on the shipping page.
A 7-day return and size exchange, with courier pickup
If a piece does not fit or is not what you expected, you have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange it. It needs to be unworn, unwashed, with the tags attached and in its original packaging. Start a request on the returns page and the team sends the next steps on WhatsApp.
The only exception is custom-printed items, which are final. A t-shirt printed with your own design cannot be resold to anyone else, so it cannot be returned or refunded. If it arrives damaged, faulty or printed differently from the approved preview, that is on us: send a photo within 7 days and we reprint it or refund it in full.
A real studio in Dhaka you can visit
Menlab is an online brand, but it is not a faceless one. The studio in Mohammadpur, Dhaka is where photography, storage and quality checks happen, and customers are welcome to come, try pieces on and buy there. Built by two engineers who still check every order
Menlab was founded by Asfak Ahmed and Mahadi Ahmed, both software engineers, who started the brand with two text messages, no office and no investors while holding full-time jobs. That background shows in how the business runs: the website, the AI shopping assistant, the order tracking and the custom print studio were all built in-house rather than bought.
