One exception: custom-printed items are not returnable or refundable. They are printed only for you, so we can never resell them.

Request a Return
Email us at returns@menlab.store or fill out the return form on your order page with your order number and reason.
Pack Your Item
Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return slip from your order.
Ship It Back
Drop it off at your nearest courier point or schedule a free pickup (Dhaka only). We'll provide the return label.
Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Custom Print Policy
Custom-Printed Items Can't Be Returned or Refunded
A custom piece is made only for you. Your design, your placement, your colour, your size. It is printed on a fresh t-shirt the moment you order it, and from that day it is a one-of-one piece. Nobody else can wear your design, so we can't put it back on the shelf or sell it to another customer. Taking it back would simply mean throwing the garment away, which is why custom work is final everywhere it is printed to order.
So please check your design, spelling, colour, and size on the preview before you confirm. Not sure? Message us on WhatsApp first, because we're always happy to look it over with you before we print.
The one exception is our mistake. If your custom item arrives damaged, faulty, or printed differently from the preview you approved, it is fully covered. Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

- Underwear, socks, and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' at the time of purchase
- Gift cards and accessories (unless defective)
