Free when the mistake is ours or once you have ordered from us a few times. Otherwise the return delivery charge applies, and we will show you the exact amount before you submit.
The item must be unworn, unwashed and have its tags attached. We collect the old one when we deliver the new one.
Custom-printed items cannot be exchanged or refunded, because a t-shirt printed with your own design can never be sold to anyone else. If yours arrived damaged or printed incorrectly, message us and we will reprint or refund it in full.
