Welcome to Menlab Clothing. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (menlabclothing.com) and your purchases from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

• All orders are placed through our website, or via WhatsApp with our team.
• After you place an order, we may confirm it by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example when a product is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or an order appears fraudulent.
• Once dispatched, you can track your order any time at menlabclothing.com/track.

• All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh — you pay the rider when your parcel arrives. We never collect card or mobile-banking details on the website.
• Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Prices and offers may change at any time; the price at the moment you place your order is the price you pay.

• Delivery inside Dhaka typically takes 1–2 days; outside Dhaka 2–4 days. Custom-printed items need 1–2 extra days for printing.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control can happen.
• Please provide an accurate address and keep your phone reachable. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the order being returned and future COD limits.

• You may request a return or size exchange within 7 days of delivery via our return request page.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
• Custom-printed products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or the print differs from the approved preview — every custom piece is made only for you.
• Approved returns are collected by our courier; refunds or exchanges are processed after the item passes inspection.

• Designs you upload or create in our editor must be your own, or content you have the right to use. You are responsible for the designs you submit.
• We refuse designs containing hateful, unlawful, or infringing content.
• Printed colours can differ slightly from what you see on screen — screens and fabric render colour differently.
• The final printing cost for custom orders is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before production begins.

We work hard to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, and measurements in size guides can vary by ±1 inch as garments are made in batches.

All content on this website — the MENLAB name, logo, photos, designs, and text — belongs to Menlab Clothing and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menlab Clothing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or from delayed or failed deliveries caused by third-party couriers. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page changes to the day we saved the revision. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
